Experience you can build on.

Built on experience.
Driven by quality.

Our building journey began in 2004 as a sole-trader business. In 2013, we established MB Renovations Ltd, continuing to deliver extensions, renovations and high-quality building work across South Manchester and Cheshire.

Founder Martin Banik is a working site manager, directly involved in construction and the day-to-day running of each project. He works alongside his own building team and organises the specialist trades needed to bring each job together.

For homeowners, that means clear communication with the person overseeing the work, coordinated trades and a practical, hands-on approach from start to finish.
